Hi! I'm Jim, I recently found this web page, and am really excited to see this project come along! I had an idea for chao typings, however. In the original games, Chao were on a sort of spectrum for their stat influence. Run and Power were on one line, and Swim and Fly on another, meaning you could have variations between, say Run and Swim, but not Run and Power. If possible, would it be possible for having new variations based on the coexisting types on a line? Swim Fly Chao and Run Power Chao would be a cool addition, along with any other new stats that would be implemented. Either way, I'm for what's going to come next!

Actually you can have Run/Power and Swim/Fly Chao in the original games. This is what they look like: We're considering as many new subtypes as we can think of though. I've been thinking a lot about adding a type for Intelligence.

Really? That's super interesting, I never even thought of trying to raise one that way after learning about the whole type axis deal. Intelligence would be a cool type though! I'd imagine Intelligence would be raised through the schooling system more. Anyway, I'd love to help design Chao types any way I can!

How about implementing the Stamina. Choa with high stamina will look slim and fit. Where as Chao with low stamina will look Overweight and walk slower as a result

Maybe there could be a tweak in regards to the two-to-one line rule as shown in this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uWDijgJpDc . How about considering giving each stat/skill their own unique slider as opposed to sharing? This may make it easier to understand what direction your Chao's evolution is headed. I'm not saying the way it stands is overly complicated or anything, but simplifying it may not be the worst idea. Whichever direction it goes should work just fine though.
